Who we are
For over ten years Collaboration for Impact (CFI) has been working towards a vision for an equitable and inclusive society where people, place and planet thrive.
Our underpinning belief is that for society to be more equitable, then how we create our future society needs to be equitable. This means we focus on making the rules, mindsets and practices for how we create social change more equitable, collaborative and systemic.
We are a non-government organisation working in partnership with communities and other networks across the country to:

Role Purpose: To lead the design, implementation and learning of key enabling initiatives for the place-based and systems change fields including the Systems Exchange, national infrastructure for place-based change; ChangeFest, and CFIs Learning Framework to create opportunities for greater connectivity, knowledge building and insight generation.
Head of Networks and InsightsRole Purpose: To lead CFIs thought leadership, public communications and engagement; and policy influencing agenda in ways that shift narratives, power and mindsets on how social change happens.
Head of Engagement and InfluencingRole Purpose: To manage and oversee the business operations and commercial management of Collaboration for Impact, including business model development, finance, people and culture, technology, risk and compliance to ensure a fit for purpose operating model for the organisation to operate sustainably, effectively and consistent with its mission and principles.
Head of Business OperationsRole Purpose: Lead CFIs movement building work to strengthen the place-based change field through leading the strategy, partnership building, engagement and design activities for the National Centre for Place-based Collaboration and ChangeFest as a national platform for learning and influencing.
Engagement & Movement Building Lead, PlaceRole Purpose: To lead the operational elements of the Demonstration and Learning team through the management of resourcing, budgets and quality of project administration, as well as implementing systems and processes to contribute to the securing and delivery of projects in line with the Demonstration and Learning strategy.
Practice ManagerRole Purpose: Responsible for the finance function; processing, reconciliations, reporting, compliance and process improvement; keep leadership financially informed. Click through below for how to apply.
