Collaboration for Impact (CFI) Systems Thinking Hub
A small cohort will be invited to form the CFI Systems Thinking Hub. Over 3 months you will explore the principles of systems thinking and how these can be applied to community-led change and issue-based collaborations.
This is an applied learning course, informed by the live challenges and opportunities of the people in the Hub. You will experiment and learn through a combination of webinars, online discussion groups, curated tools and resources, and ongoing access to a network of people deepening their work of systems thinking and systems change across Australia and internationally.
At the end of the course, you will have:
Who is it for?
People leading collaborative change initiatives, including with communities and on systemic issues. You may be working in a backbone team, be a community leader, work in government, philanthropy, academia or in a not for profit with an interest in how to apply systems thinking in your work.
This community of practice will run from February to April 2022. Dates are TBC.

Anna Powell has extensive experience in strategy, evaluation, design and co-creating learning systems. Anna has held senior management roles across the education, community, international development, corporate and education sectors, including with Oxfam and Westpac Foundation. Anna also has extensive consultancy experience working with and facilitating collaborations between government, place-based change initiative, international aid initiatives, universities, social enterprises and philanthropic organisations.
Anna draws on professional training and qualifications in complexity theory, human-centred design, psychology, organisational development and strategic and adaptive leadership to support people to co-create implement and learn from strategic social change initiatives. Anna has led the design, monitoring and evaluation of collaborative initiatives in areas including education, employment pathways, youth and family services, and economic participation.
