Project Coordinator

  • Bring your exceptional project management and business process skills to the team
  • $80-85k plus super (pro rata), 0.8 FTE – fixed term contract to June 2023
  • Role can be based anywhere in Australia, flexible working arrangements

Summary:  Support CFI’s Practice Team to deliver end to end project management support ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and to budget contributing to successful outcomes for partners.

The work in this role is based in Australia, so you will need Australian citizenship and/or residency and the appropriate working visa to apply for these roles.

The Opportunity

  • Supporting CFI’s Practice Team with project management and coordination of their work with external partners.
  • Contribute to review of business processes against best practice standards and make recommendations and improvements that enhance functionality and efficiency within CFI’s Practice Team.
  • Providing administrative support to and monitoring, reporting, resource utilisation and expenditure.
  • Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and other administrative support to the Project Teams working in the field.

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Highly advanced self and time management and coordination skills with superior numeracy and literacy skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
