We offer an annual Systems Change Learning Program of courses and workshops, as well as individual and team coaching. Our learning programs will develop yours skills, thinking and practice needed to tackle complex social challenge.
CFI Coaching provides one on one and group developmental learning sessions working with the challenges and systems change development areas you identify.
Learning Program & Coaching
CFI has created two open source online learning platforms – Platform C and Deep Collaboration – which provide extensive practice tools and support to develop the practice of collaboration for systems change. These platforms have been developed from the experience and expertise of collaborations and partners globally.
We also share our experience and learnings through public events including CFI webinars, publications and events.

CFI brings highly experienced leadership, a skilled core team, and a diverse, leading-edge Network of practitioners with experience and skills to support systems change initiatives. Individually, in teams and collectively, the Network builds capacity, supports learning, expands and strengthens systems change practice in Australia, takes up thought leadership and enables a national movement for systems change.
CFI practitioners work to translate learnings from the field and global practice into practical insights at the political, policy and practice level in order to improve outcomes on the issues Australians care most about.

ChangeFest is a national celebration of place-based social change which was hosted in the Northern Territory in 2021. CFI is one of four national conveners of ChangeFest and also supported ChangeFest on the Road, a series of smaller events developed with local communities.
