Deep Collaboration with the Westpac Scholars Trust & Social Change Fellows

Collaboration for Impact is thrilled to partner with the Westpac Scholars initiative to support the leadership of the Westpac 2020-2022 Social Change Fellows.

The Westpac Scholars’ Summit is an annual event that brings together Westpac Scholars from across all of its five scholarship programs. Almost 300 Westpac Scholars from 2020, 2021 and 2022 came together at the event which took place last month, in Sydney. The theme for the Summit was Leadership NOW.

At the Summit in July, Mark Yettica-Paulson worked with the Fellows on the focus area ‘Inclusive Australia’.

Mark’s session covered Power Literacy in Deep Collaboration: Exploring power relationships and dynamics in collaborations between First Nations and other multicultural Australians. Discussing ways the scholars can increase their awareness and understanding when working in collaboration with First Nations and other multicultural Australians, and the benefits of finding new ways to work and lead together.
