Our Impact

As capacity builders and movement makers, we do not claim the impact created by the initiatives we support.  Our contribution is the capacity we build and the roles we play in enabling a movement for systems change.

We support you to drive systems change and create large-scale impact through:

  • Helping you understand and take up systems leadership (our way of working)
  • Enabling you to understand and communicate where your initiative is up to and how you might make further progress (our phased approach through the Collaborative Change Cycle) 
  • Strengthening in people and groups the core disciplines and skills required to create systems change (our capacity building approach)
