Kerry Graham, CFI Co-Founder & Director

Kerry has worked in social impact for over 20 years. Through CFI, Kerry builds the capacity of communities, corporations, governments, philanthropy and non-profit organisations to drive large-scale social change in intractable social challenges.

Prior to this Kerry held executive roles within national non-profit organisations (Inspire Foundation CEO; Good Beginnings Australia, COO); and advised governments on social policy (Australian Social Inclusion Board, NSW Treasurer’s Advisory Body). She holds qualifications in public policy, law, social work and community management.

Liz Skelton, CFI Co-Founder & Director

Liz is renowned globally for her work and expertise in Australia and the UK as a leader, thought-leader, capacity builder, consultant, author and facilitator of leadership for social and adaptive system change. Prior to CFI, Liz was Founder of The Adaptive Practice & Principal Consultant with Social Leadership Australia (SLA) developing leadership for social change across Australia with leaders in corporate, government and community sectors.

Liz has developed her practice in leadership and power to transform collaboration across race and power to influence racial equity, leading to the development of an innovative capacity building practice and platform Deep Collaboration currently being developed by CFI.
