The below terms and conditions inform and provide clarity to a participant or prospective participant interested in enrolling into a Collaboration for Impact (CFI) Systems Change Public Learning Program (PLP) offering.

These terms and conditions form an agreement between Collaboration for Impact and you, as a participant or prospective participant of the Systems Change Learning Program (PLP).

By enrolling into a CFI PLP course you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all PLP courses that are sold using the Humanitix ticketing platform – including webinars, e-modules, and short and intensive courses.

You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.

Below are the detailed terms and conditions for enrollment and refund:

1. Enrollment:
You must complete your enrollment on Humanitix to ensure your position on a CFI Systems Change Learning Program offering. The link to Humanitix is available on the listing for each course on the CFI website.

On enrollment, you will receive confirmation of your place in your chosen course by email.

One week prior to the course commencing you will receive a welcome email with access to CFI’s online learning platform and any pre-work required for participation.

2. Fees:
Upon enrollment, you agree to the cost of the course as advertised on the CFI website.

All course fees are payable via Humanitix. You can make a payment using a bank or credit card or generate an invoice for payment. You will be required to make the full payment, even if you are not able to attend the course in its entirety.

Fees must be paid (including invoices) one week prior to the course commencement date to secure a place and access to the CFI Learning Platform.

If you think that an invoice may take a longer time to clear, please plan accordingly and enrol early. If you are unable to meet this requirement an alternative arrangement must be put in place prior to the course commencement date by emailing learning@collaborationforimpact.com with a commitment to pay, by when, from the budget holder and finance officer.

Enrollment without payment is at the discretion of CFI.

If your enrollment application is not accepted by the CFI Learning Program for any reason, we will refund any Fees already paid by you
.

Reduced rates are available for:

– Employees of Not for Profits

– Groups of 3 or more

– Current CFI clients and partners

3. Cancelling your enrolment:

You can cancel your enrollment by emailing learning@collaborationforimpact.com.

If a cancellation is received more than two weeks prior to the commencement date you are entitled to either:

  • deferment to the next available intake of the same course;
  • transfer to another upcoming course that costs the same or
  • a refund less a 5% administration fee.

If a cancellation is received within two weeks prior to the commencement date, your place within the course can be replaced by a person of your choosing.  If your place cannot be filled, then your course fee will be forfeited.

4. Course Credentials:

As a way to recognise your learning CFI issues Digital Credentials. To receive credentials, participants need to have participated in all live sessions and completed all pre-work activities as set in Learnworlds. For your credential to be issued upon course completion payment must have been received by CFI. (this does not apply to webinars).

5. Course Cancellation

CFI Learning Programs require a minimum number of participants per course. Online offerings are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case:

  • the participant will be offered a place on a future course
  • full refund will be given.

6. Course postponement

Online courses are subject to postponement due to various reasons if deemed necessary. In this case, the participants will be notified immediately.

After postponement, if the participant wishes to withdraw, then:

  • another person may be nominated so that the place is retained, so long as they meet the prerequisites for the offering
  • the participant may request a full refund.

7. Course Facilitator Change

CFI maintains a pool of facilitators available to deliver CFI course offerings. Due to unforeseen circumstances, course facilitators may need to be changed. Participants enrolled will be informed of this change.

The CFI PLP team looks at refund requests on a case-by-case process. If you have any questions or feedback on enrollment and refund, please contact learning@collaborationforimpact.com.
